Education and youth

Inspiring learning and opportunities

Education shapes lives and futures. From classrooms to community projects, the way we communicate about learning and youth development can spark curiosity, build confidence and create new opportunities.

We’ve worked with schools, colleges, universities, charities and youth organisations to create campaigns, resources and digital platforms that engage young people authentically while supporting the educators who guide them.

Our approach

  • Young people at the centre – creating work that speaks to them in ways that feel relevant and real
  • Co-creation and collaboration – involving teachers, learners and youth leaders to shape resources and campaigns together
  • Safe and inclusive by design – safeguarding, accessibility and inclusivity built into every project
  • Balancing fun and credibility – making resources engaging for young people and trusted by educators and funders

When you’re addressing a problem as serious and life-changing as knife crime, there’s a deep responsibility to get it right. What stood out with Everglow was their commitment to listening – to us, to young people, to youth workers, and to experts – to understand what really lies behind a young person’s decision to pick up a knife.

They then had the creativity, skills and sensitivity to craft a campaign that directly addresses this thinking in a provocative and powerful way. The campaign has been really well received by our communities but, more importantly, it seems to be making a tangible difference to the problem. This is something we can all be proud of.
