- Forms: When you fill out one of our Zoho forms (such as a contact form, project brief form, or partner programme application), we collect the details you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company information, documents, and project details.
- Support requests: If you raise a support ticket through Freshdesk, we collect your name, email address, and details of your request.
- Emails: Enquiries from forms are also sent to our team inboxes (Gmail) and may be temporarily stored there.
- Internal tools: In the course of delivering projects, client-related information may be stored securely in tools such as Google Drive and Slack.
How we use your information
We use this information to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide our services
- Manage client relationships and support requests
- Improve our website and user experience

How we protect your information
We take data protection seriously. Measures include:
- A company safeguarding policy that staff are trained on
- Two-factor authentication across our systems
- Secure cloud services (e.g. Google Drive, Zoho, Freshdesk)

We only keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected. Once no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
