Paul Dean

Paul is a seasoned full-stack web developer with over a decade of agency experience.

He’s responsible for crafting tailored WordPress websites alongside the wider development team and is our main go-to expert for ongoing technical support and enhancements for our clients’ websites (and he manages to do it all with a smile on his face).

Paul combines extensive technical expertise with creative problem-solving, harnessing a diverse range of technologies in his day-to-day work – some of which include WordPress, PHP, HTML, SASS/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, as well as tools such as Git, Gulp, Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

His portfolio with Everglow spans clients across the public, private and third sectors, such as Welsh Government, fintech and defence organisations, as well as UK and international charities.

For Paul, the focus is on making an impact. He’s all about building digital solutions that don’t just look great, but solve an array of problems (like streamlining workflows, improving usability or increasing engagement) and make life easier for our clients and their audiences.

Outside of work, Paul loves taking photos, walking his two dogs, cooking and coding – he’s always trying to learn more.
