Bringing the B Corp community together
In 2024, B Lab UK announced a major milestone, over 2,000 Certified B Corps in the UK. To celebrate and build momentum, they wanted to create more than just an event. They wanted a festival that would energise the community and turn shared values into collective action.
The first-ever B Corp Festival brought over 1,500 B Corps, activists and allies to Oxford. It needed a bold and purposeful brand that captured the spirit of the movement while working seamlessly alongside B Lab UK’s identity.
The challenge wasn’t just visual. The brand had to live across physical venues, digital channels and community-led content, something people could pick up, run with and feel proud to be part of.
Our job was to bring that vision to life: creating the name, identity, guidelines, website, signage and a full suite of social and marketing assets. Everything was designed to be flexible, accessible and built for a movement.
A digital home for a global gathering
The website had to do more than sell tickets. It needed to reflect the movement’s energy and guide thousands of attendees through the event’s offerings.
We designed and developed a site that made it easy to explore the agenda, meet the speakers and get a feel for what was happening across Oxford. It was clear, accessible and mobile-friendly from the start. We made sure it worked just as well for someone planning ahead as it did for those navigating on the day.
The design balanced inspiration with usability. It carried the visual identity without getting in the way and gave the B Corp community what they needed to feel part of something bigger.

The team really came together to ensure the event was a success and remained true to the B Lab UK brand, developing a name, identity, website, event signage and marketing assets for multiple platforms. Everglow understood exactly what we wanted to achieve and worked alongside us and our stakeholders to help make that a reality. It was brilliant!
Building a brand that could carry a movement
The name Louder Than Words set the tone from the start. It captured the spirit of the B Corp community and its commitment to taking action, not just talking about it. It was bold, clear and unashamedly human.
We created a flexible visual identity that could live alongside the B Lab UK brand but still feel like something new. It had to work across main stages, posters, Instagram tiles and wayfinding signs. We used strong geometric shapes, a vivid colour palette and a typographic style that was easy to use and hard to ignore.
We created a practical brand book to help the wider community use the brand confidently. It gave partners, speakers and supporters the tools they needed to create content while keeping everything consistent and on message.
Giving everyone the tools to make noise
With hundreds of partners and organisations involved, the festival needed to be strong across every channel. We supported B Lab UK with a full suite of graphics, animations and templates to help spread the word.
From countdowns and speaker announcements to branded frames and sponsor graphics, we designed everything to be easy to use and ready to go. The assets gave people a way to own the brand and promote the festival in their own words and channels.
This approach helped build a sense of shared ownership. It turned the community into advocates, and the campaign into a movement.
