We don’t do this job for awards or lists. We do it because we love the work, the people we work with, and the impact we get to make. But every now and then, something comes along that makes us stop, smile, and think: Yeah, that’s pretty cool.

Creative Boom, the online home of the UK’s creative community, named us one of the 15 best places for graphic designers to work in 2022. Their words, not ours. And honestly? We’re chuffed.

This isn’t about beanbags or fancy coffee machines (though, yes, we do take our coffee very seriously). It’s about the stuff that really matters:

• A culture that backs people – creativity thrives when people feel trusted, respected and supported.

• Work with meaning – projects that make a difference for organisations who give a damn about people and the planet.

• Freedom to be brilliant – giving our team the space and autonomy to do their best work without the nonsense that grinds creativity down.

We have always believed that if you put people first, great work follows. This little shout-out from Creative Boom feels like proof that we are on the right track.
