Holly Ingram

An innovative marketer with a background in English lit and creative writing, Holly works across everything from video scripts to long-term social media management for our clients.

Holly loves reading and researching, and using that insight to solve problems. Whether it’s stakeholder engagement, public health messaging or social media strategy, she’s all about helping our clients communicate clearly, meaningfully and achieve real-world impact.

She cares about authenticity, creativity and causes that make a difference. Some of the organisations she’s worked with include Adnodd, Public Health Wales, Taith, South Wales Police and Cynon Taf Community Housing Group.

Before agency life, she worked in-house at Cardiff Students’ Union, where she led campaigns and content creation across everything from political engagement to commercial events. It’s where she learned to spin a lot of plates, build creative campaigns from scratch and collaborate with a wide range of teams and audiences. These lessons continue to serve her well today.

Holly holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature with Creative Writing, and Certificate in Professional and Digital Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Outside of work, Holly enjoys practising her latte art, yoga, and going to local live comedy and music events.
