Stephen Lewis
Senior UX/UI Designer He/HimSteve is a senior UX/UI designer with over 20 years of brand and digital design experience.
With an insatiable curiosity and drive, he effortlessly works across sectors – from public services and charities to sport and education – helping to build brands from the ground up and shape how they show up in the world.
Alongside design and direction, Steve has built and supported creative teams, knowing when to lead, when to step back and how to make great ideas a reality, without ever getting in the way. He’s especially interested in the overlap between identity and digital products, how things look, how they work and how they influence what people feel.
At a time when AI is redefining how we work and communicate, Steve always brings a practical, collaborative and distinctly human-centred approach to the creative process, balancing strategic insight with crafting design and content that garners attention.
He’s particularly focused on the nuance and context that drive meaningful design decisions, leaning into data-led insight with attention to the real-world needs of users and clients alike.
Steve is also a dad to two boys, so his time is generally taken up with standing on the side of a football pitch or sitting in a viewing gallery for a swimming gala. The little time he does get to himself is spent playing football, swimming or hiking. He also likes to spend time dabbling in the kitchen.
