Dan Sargent
Creative Director He/Him Connect with DanDan believes creativity is one of the most powerful tools we have to solve problems, shift perspectives and bring people together. It is what drives him to put audiences at the heart of the process and to create work that feels authentic and lived, not just imagined.
That belief led him to co-found Everglow (formerly Blue Stag) in 2008. Since then, he has worked with charities, public bodies and values-led businesses across health, education, climate and justice, shaping brands, leading co-design projects and building campaigns that spark meaningful change. His work has been recognised by the Webby Awards, Awwwards, Lovie Awards and the Anthem Awards, though he credits the Everglow team for making that possible.
With a degree in computer science, Dan brings both logic and imagination to his work. He co-founded It Will Glow to explore how ideas can inspire collective action, and he is passionate about using creativity to empower the next generation through projects like The Takeaway.
In a world shaped by AI, Dan believes authenticity is the most important currency we have. At Everglow, that belief guides everything, from co-designing with communities to building campaigns and brands that people can trust, connect with and carry forward long after the work is done.
Outside of work, Dan is usually racking up miles of a different kind – on the road, in the pool or up a mountain.
