Pro bono support to help where it matters

Big dreams don’t always come with big budgets. That’s why we’ve created Glow for Good – The Everglow Partner Programme. It’s our way of giving back to grassroots charities, non-profits, and community organisations that are making a real difference.

Each year, we’ll choose a partner to work with on a pro bono basis, offering £15,000 worth of our creative support in branding, design, communications and storytelling. Together, we’ll create something powerful that helps your organisation shine even brighter.

Whether you’re a growing charity, or a community group with a big vision, this programme is here to help you reach more people, share your story, and grow your impact.

Our previous partners

FAQs

The programme is open to UK registered charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs), social enterprises and grassroots groups. To be eligible, you’ll need an annual income under £500,000 and the capacity to collaborate during the project window (January to March 2026). The programme is for organisations without a full creative team or regular agency support. Help from freelancers or volunteers is fine.

We look at four things when reviewing submissions:

  • The impact the project could have on your organisation
  • The difference it could make for your audience, community or wider society
  • How clearly you’ve explained the challenge you want to tackle
  • Your potential to collaborate with us

We review each submission against these criteria using a simple scoring framework to keep things fair and consistent. Impact carries the most weight, followed by collaboration and clarity of challenge.

We’ll then invite three to five organisations for a short online call so we can learn more about their aims. We’ll provide feedback and advice to all shortlisted organisations, regardless of the outcome.

From there, we’ll partner with the organisation where the project feels most impactful, aligned with our expertise, and realistic to deliver through this programme. Our goal is to work with the partner who will benefit most from our support.

Our team can help with branding, design, communications, websites, video, and storytelling. Each project is shaped around what will have the biggest impact for your organisation.

Yes. This is a pro-bono programme that offers creative support. We donate our time and skills, so there’s no cost to you.

Commitment and collaboration. We’ll ask you to make sure your team is available for meetings, feedback, and sharing information we need to make the project a success.

Typically, smaller charities, non-profits, or grassroots groups who don’t have the resources for full-scale creative support.

Not necessarily. You can apply with a challenge you’re facing, and together we’ll explore how creative support could help. These are often some of our favourite projects to work on.

Once a year, and we’ll work with one partner organisation per round.

We will let all applicants know the outcome once decisions are made in November. If you are not shortlisted this time, please do not be discouraged.

We can only select one partner each year, and many great organisations will be getting in touch. We will share future opportunities through our newsletter and social channels, and we encourage you to get back in touch for future Glow for Good rounds.
