Glow for Good terms and conditions

These terms explain how Glow For Good - The Everglow Partner Programme works and what you agree to by applying or nominating an organisation. We have written them in plain English to keep things clear and accessible.

Eligibility

The programme is open to UK-registered charities, CICs, social enterprises and grassroots groups.

Applicants must have an annual income under £500,000.

Organisations with their own creative team or a regular arrangement with an agency are not eligible.

Occasional help from freelancers or volunteers is fine.

Applicants must be available to collaborate during the project window (January to March 2026) and have a named contact who can commit time over six to eight weeks.

Applications and nominations

Applications must be made using the online form.

Nominations are welcome. If you nominate another organisation, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We will always contact nominated organisations directly. A nomination does not count as an application unless the organisation confirms they wish to participate.

Applications and nominations must be accurate and truthful. Incomplete, misleading or late entries may not be considered.

Selection process

Applications are reviewed for eligibility, then scored against set criteria.

A small number of organisations are shortlisted for a call and/or interview.

We will select one partner for the programme.

Our decision is final and cannot be appealed.

Programme scope

The programme provides creative support, such as branding, design, storytelling or campaign development.

The programme does not provide direct financial grants or long-term retainer services.

The selected partner agrees to provide the time, information and input needed to complete the project.

Communications and publicity

The partner agrees to us using the project as a case study and sharing the outcomes publicly, with final content agreed together.

The partner agrees to acknowledge Everglow’s involvement when showcasing or sharing the project publicly.

Withdrawal and termination

Everglow may withdraw or end the partnership if:

  • eligibility criteria are not met
  • the partner cannot commit the required time or resources
  • unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to deliver the programme.

Data protection

Personal information submitted through applications or nominations will be used only for assessing and delivering the programme.

If you nominate another organisation, their details will be used only to contact them about the programme.

Please see our privacy policy for more details.

Liability

We will deliver work to a professional standard.

We are not responsible for how the partner uses the work, or for indirect or financial losses that may result from the project.

Acceptance of terms

By submitting an application or nomination, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
