Senior Designer She/Her Connect with Phoebe

A true Swiss Army knife, Phoebe combines her training in traditional design with skills in motion, video editing, art direction and creative mentorship.

Phoebe, our Senior Designer, is passionate about creating work that’s not only beautiful, but thoughtful and rooted in strategy. After graduating from Cardiff Met, she moved to London and worked with agencies on projects for brands such as Virgin, Aviva, BetVictor and Make-A-Wish UK. Those years were transformative in sharpening her skills, exposing her to diverse sectors and teaching her how to deliver bold, flexible brand systems under pressure.

Here at Everglow, Phoebe draws on her previous big-agency insight while staying grounded in community-focused, purposeful design. She leads the creative direction for our high-profile projects – from multi-venue festival rebrands to national campaigns – crafting work that connects on every level. Standout projects include shaping the Louder Than Words festival identity for B Lab UK, developing a youth-focused brand for the Youth Excellence Awards and rebranding The King’s Foundation with a contemporary identity that supports their wide-ranging initiatives.

As a trans woman in the creative industry, Phoebe shows up unapologetically as herself, proving that there’s strength in living authentically and helping others feel empowered to do the same. She also has the most daring and enviable personal style of anyone we know.

Outside of work, she’s part of a queer climbing group that focuses on community, connection and creating inclusive spaces.
