Launching Glow For Good – The Everglow Partner Programme

It’s no secret that things are tough right now. Teams are stretched, small organisations are under pressure, and the creative industry itself is shifting fast. Whether it’s rising costs, a rapidly changing digital landscape, or just needing a little direction in their next step, there are many reasons why small teams may be struggling.

As part of the journey towards our rebrand to Everglow, we’ve reflected on our values as a team. Our “Why” for getting up in the morning, logging on and creating stuff. It’s being purposeful, bold, curious, impactful, and perhaps most importantly: Together.

Often it’s the little guys who face the biggest barriers to entry, but they’re also the ones making the biggest impact at a local level. That’s why we want to collaborate together – to make the world a better place.

So, we’ve launched Glow for Good –  The Everglow Partner Programme.

Glow For Good is Everglow’s way of giving back; supporting good causes, small charities, blossoming non-profits, and grassroots community initiatives. It’s the kind of work that matters to us as a team: work we can feel proud of, because it raises voices and makes space for people creating meaningful change from the ground up.

What’s on offer

Each year, we’ll partner with one organisation and provide up to £15,000 of creative support. That could mean branding, campaigns, copywriting, graphic design, video production, research and co-design or website… whatever will make the biggest difference for the chosen cause and the project they’d like to tackle.

We’re looking for our 2026 partner organisation, who we’ll work with from January to March 2026 on a project of their choosing. From branding, websites, and design to communications, video, and storytelling, we’ll shape our strategy around the partner organisation’s needs.

Who can express interest

Grassroots organisations are often closest to the challenges they’re solving. They understand the realities on the ground, move quickly, and can stretch every bit of support they get. By backing them, we’re helping amplify change where it can have the biggest impact.

We’re looking to speak to:

  • Small charities, non-profits, or community groups with a clear social purpose.
  • Grassroots initiatives that are locally led and community-driven.
  • Organisations that would benefit from creative support but may not have the resources to access it otherwise.

In essence, if you’re doing a good thing, have an annual turnover under £500,000, and think we could help with your mission, we want to hear from you.

Nominating an organisation

We’re lucky enough to have a wide network of clients, suppliers, and partners who share our values. We’re calling on them to nominate organisations close to their hearts so we can ensure we’re reaching the organisations that need support the most.
