Cardiff Design Festival kicks off in style with It Will Glow

Cardiff’s creative energy was out in full force last weekend as the city came alive for Cardiff Design Festival. Across the city, there were events celebrating all kinds of disciplines, from design and branding to illustration, photography and beyond. It was a weekend packed with ideas, conversation and connection.

We were proud to help start things off with a special It Will Glow event that set the tone for the days ahead. The night brought together market stalls from local makers, talks from brilliant speakers including Greg Barth, Yarza Twins and Smörgåsbord, and plenty of time to meet, chat and share ideas with creative and curious minds from Cardiff and beyond.

It was incredible to see so many familiar faces and meet new ones. Cardiff’s creative community is brimming with talent, and it is always inspiring to be part of something that brings so many people together.

Being involved in Cardiff Design Festival this year was a real pleasure. We had the chance to collaborate with some incredibly talented individuals and agencies, and when we weren’t hosting, we were out exploring the rest of the festival. It was a pretty non-stop weekend, in the best possible way.

We are already looking forward to seeing what Cardiff Design Festival 2020 brings. If this year is anything to go by, it is only going to get brighter.
