After taking a few years off, Cardiff Design Festival is making a come back and we can’t wait. CDF exists to celebrate creativity and design in Cardiff and Wales. The creative industry is one of the fastest-growing in the country and there is some fantastic creative work coming out of Wales. This year, Blue Stag has partnered with CDF to design the website for the festival.

A person holds a tablet displaying a website about a programme called Happy Fil, featuring a man wearing a pink bunny hat. The website has a blue, purple, and pink colour scheme with various menu options on the left.

We’re really enjoying collaborating with Cardiff agencies and talented individuals from Cardiff; including Illustrate.Digital, Rabble, Cardiff Met, John&Jane and Storm&Shelter.

CDF recently held its pre-launch event at Tramshed Tech, where it set out its purpose and invited people to get involved through sponsorship, running an event or volunteering. The turn-out was great and showed the hunger for a celebration of creativity in Cardiff.

The festival is taking place from 10th October 2019, with It Will Glow + CDF as the headline opening event. It is going to be awesome. Also there are loads of other really exciting event submissions coming in as well, so definitely keep your diaries free.
